Design Documentation We generally manufacture to technical drawings and specifications supplied by our customers, however we always work closely with clients and in many cases have helped inform product design. We can also provide design services should this be a requirement.

Metal Cutting: Automated gas cutting of carbon steel up to 300mm thickness, 12m in length and 4m in width (using an in-house ESAB machine)

Rolling Internal capability includes use of a 3 roll Faccin machine with the following example S235 capability:

• 30mm thickness, 700mm diameter, 3m in length
• 40mm thickness, 1500mm diameter, 1.5m in length
• 50mm thickness, 3000mm diameter, 0.8m in length

Via our partners we also have access to capability up to 5m in length (3 rolls) and 2m in length (4 rolls).

Welding We use the following welding methods:

• E-111
• MAG-135
• MIG-131
• TIG-141
• UP-114 (hidden arc)

Automatic Welding (5m in height with a 4m arm length)

Laboratory and diagnostic facilities We use certified laboratory and diagnostic facilities including:

• X-ray scanning
• ultrasonic testing
• Magnetig testing
• Dye penetration testing
• Visual testing
• destructive weld testing

Machining Through our collaborative partner network we have access to offer full range of machining include:

Large scale Milling and boring, planning, turning, drilling

Shot Blasting We are currently extending our in-house capability to include an advanced shot blasting facility to enable surface preparation of equipment/elements up to 15m in length, 6m in width and 5m in height.

Painting We offer a full range of painting services including surface preparation, the use of hydrodynamic painting techniques and paint thickness testing.

Equipment transportation assembly and installation ZUP Badura can manage and organise equipment transportation and logistics for any products that we supply. We can also organise the supply of tools, equipment and skilled personnel to assemble and install our equipment on-site as may be required.
